Applicants shall have or be working towards a masters degree in structural engineering. Full time, permanent positions are available immediately and internship positions are available to work around graduation timing. Additional requirements include 0-3 years of work experience, working towards attaining a professional engineering license, and interest in designing buildings in a collaborative multi-discipline environment. Entry Level IT Support Temp/PT

Our IT department affects nearly every aspect of our business. You will support users and assist with documentation, training, and hardware/software maintenance and upgrades. You’ll interact with all levels of staff and management, so strong communications skills and the ability to explain technical content to non-technical people, with a friendly, service-oriented attitude are required.

The most important qualification is that you are smart and talented, learn fast, and enjoy exploring and solving problems. You have strong diagnostic troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

You have at least one year of coursework in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MCSE courses or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. You have at least one year experience in hands-on computer user technical support (which may have been at school). Do NOT apply if you have more than four years experience.

You may still be in school if you can work at least 20 hours/week during the school year, up to 40 hours/week during the summer and school breaks.

The following are desirable skills, attributes, and experience (not all are required):

• PC installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office applications
• Outlook and Exchange
• Linux and Apache
• LAN, Windows Server, Hyper-V, AD
• PowerShell or VB scripting
• Support of network laser printers

We currently have an opening in our Portland office for an Account Administrator. An undergraduate BS/BA with a business major is required, and 1-5 years of experience in Architecture/Engineering administration will be preferred. Potential candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently on multiple projects with multiple project managers. Software expertise with Microsoft Project, Word and Excel is required. This individual will be expected to prioritize, and work effectively with account managers and business unit leader to facilitate efficient and timely project delivery through point source administration.
