Project Details
Group Mackenzie provided comprehensive planning, architectural, and engineering design services for this multi-phased project, one of several business parks completed for ProLogis. The site was master planned for a total of four buildings with a combined floor area of 528,696 SF. Currently, the first two buildings are complete, with construction under way on the final two. The site design carefully addressed grading, site utilities, and water quality concerns. The project site is bordered by a slough crossing and public street. The planning and design of the project included master planning the site, coordination to re-plat the site, permits to demolish multiple existing structures, coordination and documents to surcharge 3 of 4 building pads, reconstruction of the adjacent environmental zone and slough system, and coordination with the adjacent public street improvements/LID.
